OEM Lubrication Programs

Your equipment.
Your grease.
Recurring revenue.

Your customers already spend money on lubrication. Capture that recurring business with OEM-branded grease, and connect it to your maintenance and warranty service programs.

  • Recurring aftermarket revenue
  • OEM-defined service requirements
  • Scheduled replenishment
More value after the equipment sale

Keep the lubrication business connected to your equipment.

Partner with ARtech to make the lubricant your equipment needs easier to identify, purchase, and replenish. We support the product behind your brand, while you build the customer relationship.

01 / Recurring revenue

Capture a revenue stream you may be missing.

Your customers purchase grease throughout the equipment’s service life. Offer that product under your brand and earn repeat sales through your service team, dealers, or direct fulfillment.

02 / Application confidence

Make the correct grease the clear choice.

Select a lubricant against your equipment requirements, with clear part numbers and application guidance to reduce substitution and confusion.

03 / Customer continuity

Stay connected between service intervals.

Use replenishment and maintenance kits to support ongoing customer contact and make routine lubrication easier to plan.

Turn maintenance into aftermarket business

The equipment sells once. Lubrication repeats.

Make lubrication part of your commercial offering—not a purchase your customer makes elsewhere. Build the program around your installed equipment base, recommended service quantities, and maintenance intervals.

Three opportunities to capture value

  • Branded grease sales with new equipment and replacement orders
  • Dealer service packages and equipment-specific maintenance kits
  • Scheduled replenishment aligned with recurring service needs

Program economics depend on your installed base, lubricant consumption, selling price, and fulfillment costs. We help scope the supply model around your requirements.

Connect the product to your service program

Support your maintenance and warranty requirements.

Define the lubricant specification, application instructions, and service intervals for your equipment. An OEM-branded supply program makes those requirements easier for customers and dealers to follow, while order and lot records support product traceability. Any warranty conditions remain defined in your OEM documentation.

Your brand. Our manufacturing support.

A lubricant program built around your equipment.

From formulation selection to finished packaging, we help turn your lubrication requirements into a product your customers can order with confidence.

  • Existing formulations or custom development against agreed requirements
  • OEM labels, product part numbers, and equipment-specific instructions
  • Cartridges, jars, pails, and bulk packaging matched to service needs
  • Agreed quality checks, batch documentation, and lot traceability
Choose your starting point

Three ways to partner with ARtech.

A proven starting point, under your brand.

Select an existing ARtech formulation for evaluation against your application. We manufacture and package the agreed product with your branding, part numbers, and service information.

Ideal when
  • Your lubricant requirements are already defined.
  • You want to introduce an OEM-branded service product.
  • Your dealers need a consistent, orderable lubricant.

Formulation suitability, validation, order quantities, lead times, and fulfillment arrangements are agreed for each program.

Support the next service interval

The right lubricant. Ready for the next maintenance cycle.

Build an optional replenishment program around your maintenance recommendations. ARtech can arrange shipments to your dealers or end users, with timing and quantities defined together.

Deliveries help customers prepare for maintenance. Service timing remains based on your instructions, equipment usage, and operating conditions.

  1. Define the equipment and application.

Identify lubricant requirements, service quantities, and the recommended maintenance interval.

  2. Agree on the replenishment schedule.

Use a calendar schedule or customer-reported usage, with an agreed process for changes.

  3. Ship the branded service product.

Supply the specified pack size with application and service information to the agreed destination.

  4. Review and adjust.

Refine quantities and timing as the installed equipment base and customer needs change.

Program questions

What would a partnership look like?

Can we use our own brand and part numbers?

Yes. The program can be structured around your branding, product part numbers, and approved service information. Label content and packaging requirements are agreed before production.

Do we need a custom formulation?

Not necessarily. An existing ARtech formulation may be a suitable starting point. We review the application with you and agree on the evaluation needed. Custom development is an option when existing products do not meet your requirements.

Can ARtech ship directly to our customers?

Direct fulfillment can be arranged as part of the program. We agree on destinations, order handling, shipping costs, customer communication, and branding before launch.

Who sets the maintenance intervals?

You define the equipment’s lubrication instructions and maintenance recommendations. Replenishment schedules can follow those recommendations, with adjustments for reported usage and operating conditions.

Can the program connect to our equipment warranty?

The lubricant program can support the specifications, maintenance instructions, and documentation you establish for your equipment and warranty service process. We agree on product identification, lot records, and fulfillment information. Warranty terms and coverage decisions remain with the OEM; purchasing grease is not proof that maintenance was performed.

What order quantities and lead times should we expect?

These depend on the formulation, package format, labeling, and annual demand. Share your anticipated volume and service needs so we can propose a practical production and supply plan.
